When I started my Stage 2 SOS build, I figured I would go all out and get a 3.8" pulley off the bat. Even with that set up on a J's header and test pipe I made 380whp on a dynojet. Right now with the above + 3.4" pulley and aftermarket exhaust I made 430whp uncorrected spinning to 8500 on a f22.

With a 4.2" pulley with the parts you mentioned, I would guess 350ish whp on a dynojet.

FINALLY!! It's here!

I sent back the 4.2" pulley for a 3.6" (12-13 lbs boost). And sent back my oil temp gauge for a boost gauge.

This kit should be installed on the 15th unless something comes up but until then thanks for looking!

I have this kit sitting in my garage too and just installed the clutch yesterday. It drives similar to stock, although it chatters a bit and grabs noticeably harder. Hooray for group buy from SOS!

I'm still getting used to it haha It's definitely a noticeable difference. What size pulley did you order?

Good call on the pulley swap JayC. I have a strong inclination that you will be much happier with your new one!

I also got in on the group buy , cannot wait for my kit to arrive here in the uk!
I will be purchasing an SOS clutch within the next month. I know you guys are all saying to go high boost straight away, I did contemplate that but I decided to stick with the 4.2, I'm then going to upgrade to a 3.2 in a few months as at least that way I will have something to look forward too! If i go with the high boost straight away I have a feeling ill get bored quicker if that makes sense. I've gone for the 1000cc injectors so I guess once I upgrade at a later date all I will need is a re tune.
Will get a little build going once the kit arrives!
