Has any one out there ordered any thing from JBK performance?If you havent then never do.I ordered a R-500 unit with egt probe from this guy and only got the probe.Yea it might be funny to some but I am pis*ed off.I even had to send a dispute about this to paypal to try and get my money back because this guys hardly ever responds to email's or instant messages.An they have a phone that they never answer an there excuse is always the same...there busy.PFFF what a load of crap.

 

I've had a couple buddies order from JBK and get their stuff quick. I do feel bad for you Hawaii folk... Not that this justifies or excuses poor customer service... but Im sure it makes it that much more of a PITA.

I know a few shops were BOd on the R500 when I called last week. Maybe similar issue? If you already disputed it, you already disputed it - but I know I've had to wait quite some time w/o responses from even sponsors on this forum.

Guess that's just how it goes sometimes...

Thanks..that makes me feel a little better.This guy Jason either needs more help in his shop,becuase he told me once that there a fairly new shop an are just learning to deal with supply an demand,but why would he send me the egt probe an not the whole unit?It jus doesnt make sence.Thanks again

 

Well I got an email back from them saying they didnt know until today that the PLX device's R-500 unit is discountied.So in other word's they were advertiseing an item that they couldnt get.I guess it's not there fault if PLX device's never informed any of there dealers..or maybe just this one.PLX device's is so called releaseing a press about it today about the discountiation.Sad to say...

 

Still awaiting my refund for a week now,paypal say's it's still pending and then JBK's echeck got declined from there bank..wtf...How do have a company and bounce echecks...sad.

 

Ok so this is still going on the $539.47 that I'm owed I got $279.55 back and still am owed $259.92.The havent responded to any of my email's in 2 weeks there site is shut down.No way to contact them since they dont answer there phone number that they advertise on there site.Paypal can't do a dam thing about it.Fu#k JBK & Jason & Branden those theif's.

 

I ordered an antena 4 weeks ago. I have sent them three e-mails and called them twice. NO RESPONCE.

I filed a claim against them with PayPal to get my money back and plan on contacting the BBB once everything is resolved.
