Jordan.9k`s Build Teaser
So I have been meaning to make a build thread for my rebuild of my silverstone AP1, but just dont have the time to dig out and upload everything so im going to try and do a little teaser/build thread. The car I got 3 years ago bone stock with coilovers and kept it like that for about 6 months then in which it got a set of 17x9.5 +38 RPF1`s. That was cool for a few months and then it got boring again so I scooped up a P-Tuning GT3076R kit, Made a custom 3" catback, and those basic bolt ons. The car made 424whp at 13psi on 93 octane and 507whp at 18psi on sunoco leaded 110oct. Also during this time I went ahead and tucked the passanger side harness, relocated some things, and did most of your basic upgrades to the car along with a competition clutch twin disc. Here are some photos of this stage of the car in late 2013 early 2014.

Motor and subframe came out of the car and we went ahead and did a mild shave, notch the frame rails, filled alot of holes, but still kept the general shape and structure of the car to give it that clean oem feel. Then it got coated with PPG Lamborghini Grigio Telesto Metallic. Photos do not do justice of how amazing the color is in the sunlight! Eventually the whole car will be done in this color!

So spring of 2014 I put a blueridge oil/coolant catch can on the car and come to find out I was getting some serious blow by. Fast forward a few weeks and the motor is out of the car due to the scored FRM walls on several cylinders and compression was down to 175 on cylinder #2 so I figured I would take the motor out before the damage got worse. At first I was either going to just replace the motor with another stock long block or hone the frm and do some mahle drop ins. Then upgrade the P-TUning 3076 to a GTX3582 or FP HTA86 and go for 600hp on race gas. But you know how things go... upgrading one thing leads to exposing another weak point... and then upgrading more and more. So lets just say I caught the mod bug bad at this phase of my build and what is listed below are the parts going now back into the rebuild.
So first I ordered up a set of Arias HD 11.5:1 87mm Slugs to make sure the heart of this bad boy can handle whatever I throw at it and a set of Darton MID sleeves.

Then sent the pistons to Calico for an anti-scuffing dryfilm skirt coating and heat absorbing thermal barrier on the dome and slapped some Pauter X-Beam 1200hp rods to the 65psi rated pistons.
Got my Pro-S2k head back from 4Piston!! 389CFM at .650 lift this bad boy flows! Plus upgraded magnesium valve guides, A3 barrillium copper exhaust seats for better high heat control, and ferrea +1 intake valve, and stock size exhaust valves. (Ferrea comp also) I am extremely happy with the work they do and recommend everyone to run their head. I was told to expect atleast a 100whp gain at the same boost level just by this head swap in a turbo that still has life left in it.

More OEM goodies than I know what to do with, OE TCT, oil pump, bolts, water pump, sensors, covers, bushings, and all that general stuff. Along with a ATI Street Damper I got for a steal direct from ATI under their "blemish" section for less than half off!
At this point I realized the P-Tuning kit and stock intake were not going to be able to meet my end goal so I opted for a Kings Performance V2 T4 Sidewinder, Precision 46mm Gate, and brand new Precision Gen 2 Dual Ball Bearing 6870 Turbo. Oh and also a set of Kings spec Welds front and rear that will be wrapped in M&H Racemaster Drag Radials. Its the first turbo to bridge the gap between the 67mm and 72mm. Sized and spools like a 67mm but will make 72mm power! Thanks again kings for all the help!
Current state as of 3/24 is every part is at my house and I am just waiting to get the block back from being machined so my builder can assemble it. I also have alot of other random parts I didnt post and have been working on. I am hoping withing the next month to have the chassis done and motor back in the car! Hope you all enjoy and lmk if you have any questions, comments, or concerns!

lol yeah figured I would mislead at first with the downturn tip, rpf1`s, and p-tuning kit haha. Yes that is currently my big debate what route I am going with the rear end. I have a built super coupe diff sitting at my shop AND a solid ford 9". So keep going back and forth which way I want to go. As far as the tranny goes it will be going to a T56 modified by liberty to handle the high RPM. Pretty much the same tranny bobby did/is doing. Right now I am just going to get the motor running on E85 and break it in on the stock tranny n rear with the twin disc. Then after a few days once I shatter everything I will finish the drivetrain. lol I also have a few other things in the works right now but im not going to say quite yet until its done and I can share with you guys.
Here is the RaceSpec Switch panel I am going to be routing my fuel pumps, main ignition power, nitrous purge, com port for the aem v2, and relocated push button start. Also the RaceSpec 3 port MAC Solenoid wrapped in Raychem DR-25 and a Deutches motorsports connector.
The 9" That will more than likely be making its way under the car this year.
More OEM goodies waiting to be installed
The surge tank being fed via -8 AN lines and dual -10 AN feed lines on the bottom side running through metal 40 micron/10 micron elements and dual bosch 044`s. Hopefully I will be ditching the dual 044`s for a single weldon 2345A when the rear end goes in and tank is converted to a fuel cell.
Not nearly done but since I chose to delete ABS I am running all new front lines and re-bending the rears using a DA integra non-abs proportioning valve using all 3/16 Copper Hardline. IMO looks WAYYYY nice than a soft brake line.

Did they give you a before and after flow cfm on the head? 100 hp gain on head work alone is pretty much impossible though.

Also if someone wanted to provide me a fully stock head or another ported head to test for dyno comparison I would be more than willing to do a back to back. But from what I have seen on the market I think the only head that can compare to the 4piston is the inlinepro stage 4/5 like carey bales runs. And even still I would be VERY interested to see those go back to back.
