Thumbs up Is this just a custom turbo kit?

Well saw this on ebay. Auction ended already but I am wondering if this is an actual kit or if it just a custom turbo kit. It's real cheap and if the parts are good quality might be a good kit to get. Would just need injectors and engine management and probably oil lines and oil relocation kit.
What do you guys think of this?

Turbonetics turbo kit.

Looks almost identical to the original Speedcraft. It's got an on-center exhaust housing. It's most likely a 60-1 hifi.

It's also missing most of the hardware.

So what sort of parts is it missing that would be expensive or hard to find? That turbo really laggy?

You'll need a oil filter relocation setup. All the hardware for the turbo, and downpipe. oil feed and drain fittings. Bigger injectors, fuel pump, and some engine management. You'll probably want a boost controller, or at least be swapping WG springs. Not to mention either a thicker headgasket or built motor to run the turbo in it's efficiency range.

I wouldn't call the turbo laggy, It's not going to be amazing on a 5-8 psi setup. It's not a new GT series. consider it 70's technology for the turbo.

You'll spend more $$ than the purchase price to make it work.
