How in the world is an insurance agent gonna know if you replaced the stock ECU? I work at a major dealer and deal with insurance claims on a daily basis and have never been asked to see the ECU. I really think that having an aftermarket EMS is the last thing an agent is going to look at, they usually will question the turbo or S/C thats not supposed to be under the hood first.
