Default kangaroo prob.

have any of you experienced the kangaroo effect after superchargering your cars? mainly, those of you who have aftercoolers

The SC and AC don't change this problem. If you had it before you'll have it after, only worse. The reason is that at idle and low revs the SC is sapping power from the engine.

My suggestion is to fix the problem before complicating matters. A MAP whack or new MAP sensor is usually the first port of call.

Try to add a bottle of Lucas octane booster on almost empty gas tank then fill them up with high grade gas. My car doesn't do that anymore.

It's engine bogging at lower rpm when engine gets heat-soaked.


SC will only worsen this problem
BUT
Hondata gasket + AEM EMS got rid of this.

i thousht that the aftercooler would alleviate the problem.
has honda actually acknowledge the k-roo problem
