I just installed my KB BAP (with in-line relay) last night with an in-tank Walbro 255. I did a lot of research on here and it seems that both Jeff Evans and Tony Palo like the KB. They are TOP tuners IMHO and make excellent points. I am retuning next week and will post differences, but at 550 hp with an off-label (highpower) in-tank pump, I was out of fuel with ID1000's. I hope the actual Walbro and BAP will get me 600 without any problems.
600whp with 1000ID injectors it wouldn;t be any problem i believe

Should be no problem, with my last tune we only hit 80% duty cycle at 550 WHP with the voltage to the pump fixed at 14.5V. On my set up 600WHP would not be an issue and 650 would be possible through increasing the base fuel pressure and bumping the fuel pump voltage to 18V or so.

I'm not trying to tell you what to do but I've seen the walbro pumps give out and cause some damage to some nice setups before. Why chance it? If I were you I would atleast do the 255 as a feeder pump to a bosch 044 under the car. Unless you dont want the hassle of running lines to your fuel rail. As far as the injectors go, as long as you have sufficient fuel with the little 255 those ID1000s will do good.

I figure the walbro and KB will quit before the ID 1000's. At least that is what Tony at T1 tells me. Lol

I'm hoping for an easy 600 and max 650. 550 on street is perfect. Just ask Joey.

Thats what I'm thinknig.

A couple lbs of base pressure, ID 1000's and 30lbs of boost should net me close to 700whp w/the 255 + BAP.

Thats the plan.

Right now i have a fully built engine with a 530whp on a dynapack which is limited by my walbro. My target is to go as high as i can with one walbro set up and staying with stock fuel lines. No i haven;t put a relay in my walbro. What more fuel flow will give me that?
Cant you do twin 255 walbro's ? Si's can do this...

I am trying to avoid that cause i have to change my stock fuel lines. Also i do not want to go too high. If i can reach the 600whp with a single walbro it will be fine that's why i am asking
