We are using the clutch.

The G-force we installed is a H-pattern just like the stock one, but Dog Box gears. Is the same tranny use on the Nascar cars.

so youll be using the clutch during a 1/4 mile run? and whether using/not using the clutch, why did you choose the larger diameter twin disc?

Lotta money spent on a 4spd gear box. H pattern shifter is available with the clutchless 5spd gear box

I wanted the clutch to still be used. I want to stay as similar to stock as possible and the bigger twin disc clutch can handle the power and tq the motor is putting out. We've also installed different gears for the diff to help in the 1/4 mile pass so we shouldn't run out of gear. This is why we will be testing it and making sure everything works the way we predict. Once its tested we will give more details on the tranny and pricing.
