S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

A high output, high pressure fuel pump is always included in a supercharger kit from the 2 existing companies. That isn't a solution (partial or otherwise) since it's not the problem. You can't suck out fuel and pump it at a higher pressure than what the regulator will allow and that reg is now in the tank.
Obviously I am not fulling comprehending the problems here. Can't you replace the regulator in the tank with an adjustable regulator?

Not sure how the '06 maintains fuel pressure, whether it be modulating the fuel pump or the regulator. Doesn't matter either way. The point being that you will get a set pressure from the gas tank. Putting an inline fuel pump after that won't do much since you already have a regulated fuel flow to the inline pump. It can't push more than what it's fed. Besides, how would you adjust an adjustable regulator when it's buried in the gas tank?

Can the regulator be moved out of the gas tank, or does it have to reside in there?

Don't know. I doubt it. Look here:

It seems the part in question is #2 and looks like some sort of restrictor type of deal that is screwed into the pump itself.
All this is pretty academic anyways, as I'm sure Comptech and Vortech have far better resources and know how to sort this business out. They're likely miles ahead of anything we can toss around in this thread.

Hey...don't forget about the turbo manufacturers.

Just for conversation sake...what do you think about the following?

1. Replace the MY06 fuel tank with an MY05 fuel tank.
2. Replace the MY06 fuel rail with something like an AEM fuel rail (thus allowing the fuel to return to the tank).
3. Since the MY06 fuel tank has been swapped out, use an aftermarket FPR (like an AEM).

I may be fishing here...but I am just brain storming.

I don't believe the fuel tank actually changed, so no point to swapping it out. It's what's "in" the fuel tank that changed. The reg is part of the fuel pump assembly as it the fuel return inlet.
