Default knocking sound and blow bye.

Hey guys, so I took my car to a place that builds motors around me to look at my car for an exhaust leak, when I pop my hood we hear kind of a knocking sound and he lifts my dip stick out and smoke is coming out of it, he said I probly screwed something up piston, rod, something. I have been turbo for a while and I think I went too low on oil. Im trying to figure out what to do, should I just fix it with stock parts or should I just get lower compression pistons and up the boost, also my turbo wasnt free spinning at idle so thats probly fubar too. What do you guys think?

Nobody has any suggestions? One of my buddies that does a lot of car work with b series motors was saying that I should sleeve the block and raise the compression to run more boost, has anyone here done that?

You dont raise compression to run more boost, you lower it

Thank you that is what I have been saying but he has a theory that it work and you get better spooling and such, I'll have him come on here and tell his case. But I'm still trying to decide if I should just put stock pistons and use a head gasket or put new pistons. Which way do you guys think is good for a dd on 91 octane?

Any recommendations on what parts and a good place to get them from? I want to shoot for around 400-450 hp.

contact inline pro. Their engine builder is very very talented and knows these engines better than anyone out there.
