I kinda agree with s2000isu's statement...
Your power curve is like waves.... not linear at all...
I am wondering if he pulled back on timing because of your higher compression....
Also I just noticed....how come your not going to 9000rpms?
The 90mm pulley makes a little over 12psi at 8500rpms...
I would guess the 110mm pulley would make about 8psi at 8500rpms if the 100mm makes 10psi.
If you go up to 9000rpms then you might get 8psi+ with your ported head.
Just an idea....
and go to another tuner.

The weird thing is just a few days ago when I was making the video of the jerkyness i would still hit 10psi at redline, but now it just won't go past 8psi.
Once I tried flooring it in first and I actaully hit 13.5psi at peak.

I am running the Kpro man! it's too late to go back!
OJR sent us the base map of the Kpro to work with tho, it can't be that far off!
So with the 110mm pulley, what is the maximum engine RPM i can go up to without over spinning the charger?
Does anyone still have the formular?
For the guys running the 90mm pulley up to 8500, aren't you guys over spinning it?
I ran the 100mm pulley up to 9000 for a very short period and it grenaded on it. Was I just unlucky or is the charger actually that sensitive to over spinning?

Mine was supposedly very close to my setup but my tuner changed it a lot.

PRoblem is there are not too many tuners in the area.
Juntune: with your vented forge valve does it make a loud high pitch sound under high rpm when the valve is venting? Right now i am using the softest springs with no spacers and a small filter at the open end of the valve.

yes it makes a loud whsssh sound... its almost a whistle now when Im not on the gas in higher rpm's as the valve is letting significant amount of pressure out. The softest spring is good, but why do you have a filter on the other end? The valve is pushing a shit load of air out when not accelerating, (put your hand down there and feel just at idle) Im surprised you dont just blow the filter right off. The valve pushes air out, no need for a filter on the other end, all that would do is impede airflow! I was concerned about the valve sucking air in and I called forge.. Answer: the valve will not suck air in ever S take the filter off
