Ive had a vortech kit, and now kw kit. 16psi c3891 blower making 460whp. Ap1 2.0 with stock 100mm pulley on pump gas.
are you using the 650 injectors that come with the kit or a different size???
As far as I am aware the KW kits come with 1000cc Grams injectors.

The most worrying thing about the KW is the squirrelly ass mount and crazy idler and double sided toothed belt.

Take a look at the TTS kit.

Same quiet rotrex blower but about a 1000 times better mount design.

The TTS blower mount is held rigidly at 4 points, but the KW only has what looks like 2, so it flexes a lot.

My CT 1200 kit makes +/- 5 whp compared to my OG KW kit on the same dyno. I'm not a fan of the Rotrex long term.

This is what's wrong with forums. People who talk shit about things they don't even have knowledge on.

How many mounts does the KW kit have? It has three. At least two are mounting using the same mounting points as the TTS kit. What's crazy about the idler and double sided toothed (also called cogged) belt? I want specifics. Also, show me where it flexes. Video please.

Just saying, I think the TTS kit is a MUCH better design because;

1: more rigid mount with more attachment points
2: TTS had a proper automatic spring load tensioner which always applies the correct tension and KW is fixed tension
3: TTS uses the recommended rotrex belt routing and tension mechanism
4: more failures seem to be reported with the KW kit, I can't be exactly sure why, but my guess is it's likely related to their unconventional double toothed belt / 4 idler mount. You rarely read idler / belt failures with other blower kits

The OP was asking recommendations, hence my recommendation is TTS.
