Default Kraftwerks revised pulley help

Ok guys so I got a kraftwerks kit with the C38-81 the deal was too good I had to. Everything went fine until I had to put the belt on. The confusing part is it came with an "old" style kit and "new" revised kit. The new belt is to small for the new kit while the old belt is to big for the old kit. Has anyone had issues with this? The instructions are extremely vague also. Maybe I did something wrong during installation I'll post pictures in a bit.

No but I managed to get my hands on the actual honda crank bolt tool. Make sure you have a good breaker bar for it. The torque spec for the new bolt is 192ft/lbs on ap2 models. You can easily use a 1/2 by 1/2 square tubing or something to jam into one of the pulleys to lock the system from sliding. I recommend a friend help.

hopefully this will help some of you (and hopefully they sent you all of the right parts, unlike me!)

I don't understand why they can't document these things better for their customers. No need for any confusion on something like this.

That's how I have mine setup but he belt is too small. Are any of the free spinning pulleys a different size or completely round? I'm hoping I'm just missing 1. The 4 I have all have cogs but in the pictures on he instructions it shows the one used for tensioning to be flat. Which I don't have!

shoot me an email; cjweidl@group-a-eng.com

From what I see here, you SHOULD have received that diagram of the new installation.
The first kits had SMOOTH pulleys in terms of the idlers whereas the 2nd revised changed those to COGs.

There is also the pulley revision where we have changed the supercharger and crank pulleys along with adding the 4th idler.

All components SHOULD have come in the kit with regards to both previous and current version so that no parts, technically, should be left out.

You will use the two slightly larger cogged idlers for the upper 2 pieces (around the supercharger pulley) and use the smaller cogged idlers for both the tensioner and to add the 4th idler to the system

The parts were essentially a rolling update to the kit with individual instructions to go along with and the complete instructions are being revised currently to implement these changes completely but this is a small roll-out thus far for the revised pulleys.

Again, shoot me an email that way I can attach any necessary files for ease of reference as well as answer any questions. Or you can always PM here as well.
