Gates only makes a few specific sizes of that belt, and it's highly unlikely they sent the wrong one. Go over your install again and I think you'll find something is out of place or routed wrong.

You only use cogged pulleys with the new setup. Don't use any smooth ones.

CJ got in contact with me and got everything straightened out! I was a little antsy and didn't take the old crank pulley off and throw the new bigger one on. My bad guys! But thanks for all the help I'm back at it and it's looking good now!
