Funny, this is the official Kraftwerks dyno for the LOW boost kit.

And, the high boost.

The crank pulley is 100mm.

According to KW, most of the TTS stuff that they have seen does not make the power that is posted up in this thread.

Can we get a parts list of what is included in the base kit please?

From pictures it looks like injectors and fuel pump is part of the kit. What flow rates are they?

-Thankyou

Thanks for this.

So based on:

Supercharger kit Blower Upper pulley Kit redline RPM Max redline (blower) Boost Pulley change / max rpm

S2000 AP1 00-03 C38-81 80mm -T 9150 9600 11.2 75mm pulley - 9000rpm // 70mm pulley -8200rpm
S2000 AP1 04-05 C38-81 70mm -T 8200 8400 11.2 67mm pulley -8100rpm
S2000 AP2 06-09 C38-81 70mm -T 8200 8400 11.2 67mm pulley -8100rpm
and

(crank pulley)/(blower pulley) * (drive ratio) * (redline) = (impeller speed)

We are looking at:

85mm pulley --> (100)/(85mm) * (7.5) * (8200) = 72,352 rpm
70mm pulley --> (100)/(70mm) * (7.5) * (8200) = 87,857 rpm
67mm pulley --> (100)/(67mm) * (7.5) * (8200) = 91,791 rpm

So that makes sense that they are saying limit the 67mm pulley redline to 8100, as that would be 90,671 rpm (the peak rated impeller speed being 90,000).

To confirm again, you said 10.8-11.2 psi which is based on the 85mm pulley -- correct? Is there any indication of what the 70mm pulley will do in terms of peak psi?

Thank you for the information! It is unfortunate that there is not a few pulleys available between the 85mm and the 70mm. I can only assume it is not possible because of the cogged belt system. Or perhaps they will release more pulleys at a different time.

As it sits right now, unless a way to make 95% or more blower rpm at 9k for f20c owners and 8500 for f22c owners happens, I do not plan on buying this kit.

I have no problem making my own pulleys but the issue is that I have no clue the limitations will be when I need to add or remove a "cog" on the belt, crank pulley, or blower pulley until I have the kit in my hands. Its too much of a risk to spend the money on this kit and then worst case scenario I end up not being able to squeeze 95% blower speed out of the head unit. Then im stuck with an under performing kit (in my eyes).

I dont want to get into the tts debate here but I know that your statment is false.

looks like the c38-81 is also maxxed out of the box. to have to lower redline with more boost blows. such a bummer. i mean the c38 seems much better matched to s2k for out of the box performance, but not much room to grow. oh well. so how the heck does tts get 450-500 out of theirs? c38-91 that much better?
YES!!!!!!!!!!

It also comes down to intercooler, intake and overall pipework design. TTS have been doing it a very long time So im sure they know what there doing by now.

Here is one that was recently done from facebook. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nEz5w1tpGis

Funny, this is the official Kraftwerks dyno for the LOW boost kit.

And, the high boost.

Not a good comparison as it is ap1 vs ap2

Sorry for three in a row, but can a dyno chart with the 67mm pulley be posted please?

Those graphs are all on the AP2. It shows the original kit making 360whp on their in-house dyno.
