Default Kraftwerks or TTS kit without intercooler using water/meth injection?

I have been thinking of going with a TTS or Kraftwerks sc kit in my car to replace my vortech (if I don't just upgrade my current blower)
It seems neither the kraftwerks or the tts can work with an aftercooler or at least easily due to the outlet on the sc.

I currently am running and AEM water meth kit. It instantly drops IAT's no matter how hot it is to 60 ish degrees or lower during the hot summer days. I am wondering if the water/meth kit alone would be enough to lower temps more than just an intercooler or aftercooler would.
If so I would imagine I could run a good bit more boost with the kraftwerks kit without overspinning it. In most cases the fmic will lose 2-4 psi of boost compared to an aftercooler. So a direct shot to throttle body I would think would pick up a few psi and with water/meth spraying the iat's would still be super low.

Any try anything like that before?

I think that the SOS AC might work with the KW setup...but only with some fabrication. The blower is over to the passenger side a bit more on the KW kit than the TTS. As for a bolt on and go...no dice.

Yeah. I've noticed how incredibly well the water/meth cools the intake charge though so I am wondering if that would be all that is needed as an intercooler and also raise the octane level of the fuel.

I will have RAINH8R's car (SOS kit) in my garage soon for the winter...when I get a chance maybe I can get some measurements.

I don't know if water/method alone would be enough.

I've got the v2 KW kit on its way to me now, and hope to install this weekend. I too have been thinking about trying to do an aftercooler and win back those missing 2-4psi. Additionally, having less volume to pressurize, throttle response should improve as well.

Looking at frozenboost/siliconeintakes websites, I have a hunch of how i might be able to pull it off, but I want to have the kit on my car first to get some good measurements.

Basically, a 180° silicone coupler out of the efflux of the blower, and a short straight bit to this a/w heat exchanger, and then a short pipe straight out of it into the throttle body.

Unfortunately my car budget is completely tapped out with getting this kit and some additional bits, so it will be a while before I'm able to go down this route.

Don't worry about loss of boost with the TTS kit, I'm seeing 20psi up top

nice! What power are you making at that boost? Any dyno graphs? I want 500+whp supercharged!

I do, I just don't know how to load them up!

Last dyno, made 354rwkw (470ish whp) here's one from before the return fuel system conversion.

It's the torque in this kit that's amazing, get well sucked into your seat in every gear!

Oh and this is still on stock headers and exhaust. The aftermarket HFC just shat itself two days ago, think I'm going to revert back to stock!

If I'm not mistaken, being that this was dynoed on a Dyno Dynamics unit... Wouldn't it be approximately 515-525 on a Dynojet?
