Kraftwerks or TTS kit without intercooler using water/meth injection?

Do not rely on just meth.

An interesting idea would be a tts kit with the sos vmount intercooler system. A custom aftercooler like the sos could be done but it will cost you alot unless you know someone who could do it.

Id be interested in trying it... we could work a deal if your interested

Their v-mount most likely won't fit. I emailed Chris pics of the kraftwerks kit a few months ago before I purchased my current kit. He was almost positive the inlet on the blower would contact the intercooler or you'd have to run without a filter as their would only be millimeters to spare.

No, because it only works when it sprays, which means driving around town under normal conditions at part throttle 90% of the time will cause major heat soak and over heating issues. If you ever had your water pump on your Aftercooler stop working in the middle of a drive, you understand what im talking about 150+F. Bad ideal. Meth is a great idea, but only when "in addition to" normal cooling measures. Also if your IAT is all jacked up form no cooling measures, when you do finally give it WOT and kick in the meth, you will not only detonate until the motor has a chance to cool down form the injection, but the meth has to be much more effective in dropping the temp then it did when it was called upon to work with a cooler regulated temp to start with. You won’t be able to find a good tune with this set up, the IAT swings will be too far apart. Hope these are enough reasons to bring you back to reason.

I don't know why you should be considering charge coolers when what we have works so well. You won't better what we have without w/m injection. This will enable you to run more ignition advance without det and so get more power, just like running E85 all the time. But if it fails make sure your knock sensitivity works and pulls back the ignition.
