quick q, a friend with an na s2000 was originally interested in ordering krank vents but now this thread has him intrigued. would installing say a 98 supra tt's pcv have the 'same effects' as installing kv (eliminate oil consumption)?

I'll probably remove the front one soon and see if my butt dyno feels any difference.

Its ghetto, but it works.

same here, with both front and rear. as soon as im FI, i will be removing the front. and by the way, you dont need to go to toyota dealership to buy one. i got mine from autozone.

Can someone explain why you wouldn't use one on the front (and I'm assuming by front you mean the one next to the dipstick)? There's a million threads on this whole crank case ventilation issue.
