Hard to really see if it's just a surface crack or if it's through. Good way to see if it is leaking is to hold a small piece of thread over it while the engine is running and see if it blows around at all. If that is a crack, it wouldnt be big enough to verify by sound, but may be big enough to still leak.

I wouldnt worry about it unless your AF start changing, exhaust leak sounds, and/or loss of power. You'll know when its a big enough crack to cause issues.

The crack would suck in oxygen, making the wideband think that its running leaner that it really is

Do you have a local community college that offers welding? Take it there and they'll weld it for free. Make sure they weld it all the way, because once the heat hits it it more than likely will keep cracking. Depending on their setup, you might not even have to take it off the car.

Take some better pics of the cracks so we can see them. The previous pics did not clearly show the cracks. Might help to point them out too. How many miles/years on the manifold?

Thanks

Changing to an ELT will require a ton of work. Pretty much re doing the entire turbo setup.
