I am actually planning on buying the regulator this week. I have everything besides the regulator and rail. What weldon do you suggest? I was planning on getting the standard A2040-281-A-120 P/N one for $250 list

Does that make you feel comfortable?

What you may expect using 1300cc injectors at 75psi base pressure which would put the injectors at roughly 90% duty cycle.

And finally the spacious 2000cc injectors at 43.5psi base pressure.
So do I just went with id1300 and a walbro 450 E85 pump do you think I can push 600 on e85 by turning my fuel pressure up?
Correct me if I am wrong buy I was under the assumption that the walbro intank pumps dont like operating at high fuel pressures like the bosch 044 and larger pumps do. I think you can reach your goal regardless of 600 on E85.

600whp is a big difference from 700whp when it comes to fuel system. The reason is you need more fuel, and you are pushing more boost. Pictured below are your fuel demands, and a few pump setups. As you can see even with 45psi base + 25psi of boost to get 600whp, you are close to the limits, def make sure you are using lean protection, and fuel pressure protection if possible. The new Walbro E85 pumps are great but you can see at high pressures the 044 is still king.

Im just reading and reviewing over the charts you posted here. Can you please inform me what the X and what the + represent on each chart? The lb/hr on the Y axis of the chart more or less is the injector size correct? and the X axis is obviously the fuel pressure. And the lines show how the fuel pump will perform depending on the pressure and how much it will pump?

Hmm just got off the phone with a big shop that works on lots of s2ks. Telling me with stock fuel lines and a 450 pump 500whp would be Max on e85.....hmm I been told I could make close to 600...anyone have big numbers with a single pump?

I'm making 495 on a single AEM 320 with E85, I'd think a 450 would work with the right injectors.
