What exactly do u need to put the motor together and have the car running?...would it be easier to put a stock motor back in?

It would be easier to put a stock motor in and go. I have a full blown fuel system. I forgot to even check if all that stuff was in there or not. F so many things. The 06+ has a drive by sensor not wire. I think the 04-05 is different and I am not putting ap1 motor in there. Its a lot of work from what I have read to put the 04-05 motor in. I guess I could go put a stock motor in and go. The bay is empty...the short block is stripped. Again gotta go through it all and figure out whats missing. f@#king nightmare.

If you get a pre 06 motor, you can just transfer all your intake manifold parts over to make it DBW. Assuming the shop gave you all that stuff back...

dbw doesn't matter that's just the tb the motors are the same except the ovoius

I think we've all had cars on jackstands before...it blows, the best way to get your Mojo back is to have a running car again for the summer.

Then build your existing 2.2L on the side when funds permit...

Oh if I drop a stock motor in there that's it. Im done. There is no more build for this car after its running again. It had 40k on it. Im finished with motor builds and playing.
