Logging Greddy Ult and AEM Gauges
Can anyone provide instructions on how to log with the greddy ultimate. Do I need software? Real noob with this, not looking to change anything just want to learn.
I had my car tuned yesterday and the tuner said my gauges were off a bit, my AEM tru boost reads a bit low and my AEM wide band reads a bit rich compared to the dynopack. Is there a way to calibrate them?
Thanks

The software is availible through Greddy's site or here

There is no way in your setup to calibrate the wideband or the pressure sensor. AEM calibrates both at the factory, in the manual they explain how they calibrate the wideband from the factory. You will have to metaly remember the offset for each.

Software should run on Xp, I dont know about Vista though. Logging data is easy, but you need a laptop. Install software, plug in the usb cable to the emu and turn key on, it should ask you to comunicate in real time, click yes. Next go the the graph looking icon on the tool bar and click. It opens the graph of the prameters you can log. If you click on the small paper looking icon it will let you add or remove parameters from the graph. and yes you can calibrate your wideband to read correctly in the Emu. In the settings tab you will see a range value under the afr type. I think the aem is 10 to 20, if you play with the numbers you can get your gage reading to match the graph value.

The emanage manager has a datalog window. Hook up the laptop and start the program. The greddy option switch is sold on the site. It has two options and can be used to switch many things in the emu. You don't need it to log unless you want to log without the laptop attached.

I can't get anything to run, does it have to be hooked up to the Ult to work, I thought I would at least be able to launch some sort of program on my lap top.
