The Emu must be installed in the car to do anything. You need to install the software on your laptop. and then plug in the usb cable and then turn the car's ignition to on. You dont need to start the car. What harness are you using? or did you splice into the factory one?

 

Can I mess up my tune? Also the link to the software is gone anyone know were to get the software now?

 

Yes you could mess up the tune if you start messing around. To be safe save it at the beginning and never save back to the Emanage.
