By on a budget, I'm talking around 3-4 grand for a kit. I was looking for a used kit, and I've seen a couple good ones. I understand the learn your car concern, but I've been driving RWD since I got my licence. First car was a 2001 BMW 330ci. Loved it but it is a POS and has fallen apart, hence why I got a Honda. Thanks for all the responses, any recommendations for kits in price range would be great.

Id say go fullblown stage 1 if you can. Buddy hasthe ip and has issues. Also id say for 350 get a supercharger... Sos stage 1 has everything you need in one box. Cept clutch.

Stock, the AP1 is pretty easy to get sideways unintentionally. (Or intentionally, in my case. ) But if you mod it well, then it sticks like glue. Mine had no trouble at 421whp; no wheelspin and no drifting due to my 265's out back and other suspension mods.

Since the OP's car is partly modded, it wouldn't take much $ to finish locking down the handling.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wait untill you have more then enuff for the budget!

compression leakdown test is a first deff. dont want to ruin a motor.

drive the car more first you may end up finding you dont need boost and like it the way it is.

too many people get carried away when they have a few bucks and buy the first thing they can when really you should save save save and research until years have passed
theres always hidden fees you will not foresee. boost is cool and all but if havent ever driven a car with it before of your own i wouldnt just jump into it. you will end up breaking something for sure.

just wait watch and learn, trust me we all know the feeling when you have some money and want stuff now. its always worth waiting.
