I HIGHLY recommend when it comes to turning to FI on your S that you save up and buy the kit you want.
If you skimp out and go the cheap route you will end up spending more in the long run.

PS - Congrats on getting your S2000!

SOOOOOOOOO Understated.
Remember Garbage In = Garbage Out
Just take things slow. Save up or hoard as I do. I have a room in my house that I designated my S2000 hoarding room.
My budget/budget-prediction is around $10-12k in 12 months for a 400whp supercharged set up. I have planed on buying things that support the project.
I went ahead and Chuck Norris'ed my header/cat/exhaust, cooling and drive train as a part of the systems tree. I bought those peices and hoarded them as part of my over all project plan, prior to purchacing any power adder.
My car is bone stock, but the aftermarket parts sit near by, marignating in my hording room. I suggest you first buy a supporting mod you really dont want to install, such as a clutch.
If you are now old and tired of "wrenching" like myself, then use that lazyness to "postpone" wrenching by buying supporting parts and hording.
There will come a time where an old gyser like myself will have to arthridusly (spl? real word?) pick up a wrench and go to town. My clock is ticking, but my project is well prepared.

Ptuning is a GREAT kit, but price wise its layout requires more technical components like the oil system. Dont get me wrong, its a GREAT kit, but their additions drive the price up a bit.
Definately say the Fullblown is a good option, and they are rediculously helpful with any issues you have. They also make or sell EVERYTHING you need to boost your S2K, from fuel, to cooling all with good pricing. And they know their Sh*t, cant recommend them enough.
