Default Loss of power, idle problem.

I was out for a drive today started to notice the car lagging a bit, almost like something was holding it back. I thought maybe it was just in my head, so I ran her up to 8k in 3rd gear, definitely lagging. Then the CEL came on, so kept it under 3k on the way home. On the way home, when taking the car out of gear for a stop, the car would stall. I could take it out of gear when driving and it would stall as well, but after I started it up again, it would hold a steady idle, untill I started driving, then it would stall out again as I took it out of gear.

Got the car back to my house, inspected all vaccum connections, everything seemed fine. Reset the ECU (prob. a bad idea, should have pulled the code first) , and went out again. The car did not feel laggy anymore, but the idle/ stalling problem was still there. Also when I would restart the car sometimes, the oil light would faintly flicker, but would go away when I rev'ed it a little.

could this be a problem with vaccum lines, MAP sensor, or maybe the ESM (or split second box for my case)

Any advice would be appreciated.

My current mods are
CTSC

testpipe
exhaust

Also id like to add, that the car has been taking a while to start, with real slow cranking, So it could be a possibility of a battery/alternator issue?

Could be a lot of things but the flickering oil pressure warning light is a bad sign. That's the first place I would look. Biggest potential problem.

There is a definate power loss, no real big transition into vtec at all.

So far I have done the following and the problem is still there.

-Removed the IAC valve and TB, cleaned with carb cleaner
-Preformed MAP whack
-Switched out MAP sensor with a friends, no difference
-Preformed a compression check, 210 across the board.

As I stated before, the car will not hold and idle when depressing the clutch/coming to a stop. There is a noticable loss in power.

Another weird thing is when revved to 5k when at 2 bars of temp, it comes back down to idle fine, But when revving to 5k when fully warmed up, when the rpms come back down, the car just stalls.

May seem obvious, but have you checked the oil level?

I topped her off 2 days before it happened, Checked the oil level again after I got the car back. All is well.

Battery was replaced yesterday, after I thought it might have been the culprit, the problem is still there.

Im going to get some new 7173's today. Its been 15k miles since I last changed out the plugs.

As far as the fuel pump, it has 15k miles on it aswell, the car has 50k miles on it, would it be the fuel filter? I dont even know where that is located or the service schedule for it.
