Your better off to learn what you need and piece it together, "kits" are typically way overpriced.

Keep your eyes on the classifieds. You can find good deal on used kits. Fr kits don't come up very often. Mase and pfab seem to be the ones that come up the most that I would recommend. Inline pros street kit would put you in that range also. You'll need the following parts-
Turbo
Manifold
Dumptubes
Downpipe
Wastegate
Bov
Ems
Intercooler
Ic piping
Couplers
Tbolt clamps
Oil feed line
Oil drain line
Water lines
Map sensor
1000cc injectors
Clutch
Fittings
Ems
Wideband
Boost gauge

Optional
Exhaust
Wider tires
Oil pressure gauge
Reinforced diff
Catch can
Oil relocation kit
Ac relocation kit
Battery relocation
2/3 mm headgasket - debatable

You also might want to think about upgrading you valve spring retainers to ap2 retainers.

I think I named everything you'll need
Good luck!

Thank you good sir that's alot of help I'll print that out write it on paper and see how much it all cost. instead of a full kit. I'll see what ones cheaper I also looked into inline a little bit. wasent sure how reliable the kit was. I hear Garrett is really realiable. Compared to most turbos out there. I don't know much about the other kits Ive really only focus so far on full race due to the nice spool of the gt3076r and 71. and the nice high end of them more the 76 of course. It's like the perfect balance. ive looked at rev hard and greddy basically a joke from what I read unless your looking for a huge realiable dd car and to stay in state laws. I've read a little on precision turbos. I've heard of mase and full blown but haven't looked into them at all.

^^ add updated oil squirters to the list for earlier AP1 motors, his 03 may or may not need them depending on VIN#

I have the full race kit with the 750 RC injectors, the injector is pretty much max out. I'm pushing 420whp at 14psi. would definitely go with the ID 1000 CC.
