idk, i have never installed a turbo kit before in my life but i had not one problem installing the inline pro turbo kit on my s2000. Everything was pretty much self explanitory. And when i did have a problem, which was with the head gasket, i talked to john about it and he pointed me in the right direction

Maybe have it towed in Inline Pro? Just a suggestion.

That's going to be a little hard, since he's in Hawaii...

OGPackin... Although your kit came out fine, I spoke to your mechanic about the kit (we brought it up since i bought a black S as well). basically he said if he was gonna do one again... he'd have to charge more cause it was that much of a hassle.

Good thing mine was the first S he'd done then... But yah he said the same thing to me. It wasnt an easy job by any stretch. And like i said in another thread. Just because its a kit made for the S2k that doesnt mean its going to slide right in. There WILL be some fabricating/modifications that have to be made....

yeah i've done turbo "kits" for people in the past and i've ran into that problem. that's why i've always just said screw it... and went custom for all my setups. anyway how's the S running? i don't know if you remember me but I was the short guy that was hanging with Marcos at the H-T meet (and sometimes by GR and Jamaica's shop). I was talking to Andres about getting an S before I actually got one.

Sure i remember.... The S has been running real good! I just got a little heating up problem solved. But that had nothing to do with kit/install. I got a new J's Racing kit, and i guess its not made for FI. But after a little modifications to the front bumper to allow more air thru its running perfect now. (knock on wood)

How do you like your S so far? Are you going to go FI?
