I bought them in M10 and it says your location is Irvine which isn't too far. I purchased them from king bolt a bolt specialist in West Covina Ca. I think for $0.65 per set of washers here is there yelp good luck

WOW that is a pretty cool video, notice that they did not test serrated though. I always used high quality studs with serrated nuts and never had anything come loose. As they mentioned there are several issues with using serrated so I will definitely look for some of these though on my next build!
