I was thinking today about how much I love Joeys car. I may just sell my pos afterall and beg Joey to sell his classy S2000 to me. His is the cleanest car I have ever seen and I am not worthy of its presence.

I am also thinking of getting a Smart car and putting a supercharger on that as well.
I think someone stayed logged in to someone else's computer again...

Just say NO to the SC smart car idea.

I agree I had a CRX auto and that thing got close to 50mpg but now you need a hybrid to get 40mpg. I don't get it.

So DCDDS whats next????????????????

Finally got the restrictor made and it seems to be doing the trick.

As you can see from the picture, I machined the cone off of a -3AN line then bored it out for the jet. Total cost $10 shipped and it is steel so there is no question about the integrity.

Love the setup !! Looks fantastic? To get the power steering controller box(?) in the fender like that do u have to cut and reattach the wires or are they long enough to run through there? Also with the mase kits do u need to run an external oil filter kit? And is that 2.5 or 3 inch down pipe. Just curious because I really like this setup.

Bump from the dead!!! Mase no longer makes these kits and nearly everyone that had one has since moved on myself and the op included. They had a lot of issues and looking back now the kit wasn't thought out the best. But Mase is an excellent tuner and is tuning my car later this year again.

I would highly recommend (2) changes,
1. Heat Shielding on the Manifold
2. Manifold Bracing

The wires for the control unit were long enough, I depinned them from the harness and reattached.

You have to get rid of the oil cooler but the filter can stay on the block.

The Downpipe is a 2.5" as with all of the Mase kits but maybe one or two that were made custom.

Best of luck!

I use to have this kit. Everyone I know of that bought this kit the manifold has eventually cracked. Mase has stop production of this kit for years already. He has also stoped warranteing the manifold. He has not honored the lifetime warantee for his product. He has ran away from this problem and has been baned from this website.
