Mase,

Has the issue with the filter melting been addressed with your kit yet? These are some quotes that I have found recently concerning the problem.

Only issue I've run into so far is the filter has melted where it clams on the turbo. I got a short-term solution I'll be trying here shortly. Turbo sounds badass with no filter though. No, I'm not driving it around without a filter, just a short stint the other day when I discovered it was melted and I took it off to make sure nothing got sucked in.
mase should have told you that i am on my third aem filter this is my new solution i did the other month, since i have had no issues, and removed it the other day to clean etc and no sticking or heat issues melting the filter or silicone hose

How much more is the K-PRO EMS for the kit? I tried emailing Mase last week and no word yet. Also, what is the highest safe psi to run without replacing the head gasket? 10psi? 12 psi?

Thanks!

I've been running 14psi for 2 months no problem. Just gotta be careful not to get bad fuel or play too much. I drive my S everyday... And hard! The motors alot stronger then everyone thinks.
