So plugs are not problem.
Timing is not problem.
Fuel is not problem. Did u check injectors? Might be a failing one
Pump pressure good in boost? Well I think hiccups happened part throttle too so that shouldn't be it.

I'd say either injectors or map file, or ur ecu is issue. Maybe a grounding problem in car.

Guys Im wondering if rewiring the fuel pump is needed for 500-550whp? I never rewired mine could that be a issue?

Fuel setup:
FB340 fuel pump
InlinePro Return Fuel kit
ID1000's
104 unleaded fuel
base fuel pressure at 60psi

issues *snip*
*snip* have you considered running water/meth injection instead? it is more versatile, being you can play with different % to help trouble shoot things like this. A higher % of meth obviously burn better then water. Might just have to get tuned on pump and see what happens, that should tell you if its engine related or spark capacity.

Im going to be an internet legend one day for that pic

Checked all the vacuum lines for cracks or leaks? I had a vacuum leak that caused me misfires at part and WOT.

I was the one helping with this. Very odd problem. The BOV is Very Noisey. I was thinking it was picking up the vibration and it was "thinking" it was a misfire.

It dident seem to do it at WOT, just normal driving "kinda fast" it would start to blink. I Pulled timing to see if it was maybe knocking but nothing helped. We even swaped in RSX coils out of my S2000 to see if it made the difference. and nothing....

Glad to see it's been good.
