Default Most HP/TQ on a single disk clutch?

Curious what single disk clutch can hold the most power and what power level you achieved without it slipping.

Depends on clutch kit. But my buddy is making 550whp plus and he is on the act/ oem clutch combo setup. And it's holding up.

550 on the act kit? wtf. Mine started slipping at 450 and it still had 7.8mm on the friction disk when I took it off. My buddy has the act/oem on his and it started slipping at 475. I've since gone to a clutch masters FX500 w/ sprung friction. Trying to go for 600

Yes I'm surprised too^. And he beats on it every track day. I'm surprised it hasent slipped yet. But when u r making over 450whp I wouldn't risk oem clutch. Clutch masters have some bad ass clutches.

I personally don't really care for the CM clutch, the pressure plate is TOO light imo. Makes it harder to tell where the engagement point is...wish it was a little stiffer/stronger, but Im too poor for a twin disk atm.

The first clutch I got from them it slipped at 508/356 and the pressure plate felt stupid light...like something was wrong with it. I sent it back they gave me a new friction but same pressure plate. I have yet to go back to the dyno to turn it up. If it slips again i wont be going with CM anymore. It's suppose to be rated for 450tq

Well CM does use an oem PP. Maybe that's the problem.

Not sure which clutch kit u have but Thier 100-300 series I think , uses oem pressure plate. It still has Honda stamped into the plate and the serial codes are all there. It's just painted.

My CM FX400 uses a modified OEM PP. I'm at 600/430 with no slipping
