The most overpowered injector flow bench ever?

I'd agree with most everything except the 10% and 90% areas to stay out of. Without regard to RPM, 10% and 90% duty cycles pretty much mean nothing. Even so, the performance at the extreme ends of the pw range is significantly different from injector to injector. The ID1000's are linear up to 92.5% duty cycle at 9k rpm and linear enough on the low end of the scale to properly idle a 1300cc engine. There aren't many injectors that will do the same at both ends of the spectrum.

Your, right I should have used pw instead of duty cycle for that note, I am using 1800cc injectors. While my car idles perfectly on the fuel I'm running well below 10% duty cycle (I was testing at 5000rpms and will test at 1000 soon) I am shocked that it idles as well as it does after looking at the "spray" pattern and how non linear the flow is maybe 1000rpm will be different.

Do you have an accurate way of graphing flow vs. pw?

right now I have to enter it into a spreadsheet which is fairly annoying, the numbers come out accurate but I am considering trying to find some type of scale with a 0-5V output or using a calibrated strain gauge and logging one of the two through the M800.

Gotta love the M800, if you can think of it you can do it!
