i dont belive that it will crack. most manifolds for sale out there dont have any better penitration. anyways the pipes were spaced with .030 filler wire and there is great penitration on most of the manifold.

 

I see undercut on your welds...you're either leaving the rod on too long or you're not adding enough material.

 

My experience on tubular manifolds is.... WHEN will it crack not WILL it crack....cause its a matter of time, and it WILL crack. It's not just about weld quality, the metal is simply undergoing too much rapid heat change and has too much weight hanging on it.

the welds are not undercut, the pictures look like it is but the welds are all flush or raised.

 

all this manifold cracking talk is kinda discouraging. sorry i opened my mouth but i admire your willingness to fab one up! and it does look damn sexy
