What are you talking about? That looks like its made out of sch10 or sch 40 pipe, not tube.
could be but those would be some pretty narrow welds for pipe although at a second glance the actual runners do have the look of pipe... could be sanded tubing though.

dont know wat rumor your talking about but we had to use another wastergate cause it would spike all the way to 20psi everytime on full boost!
Why not just use a larger wastegate? Seems kinda backwards to add a wastegate just for the extra flow, when a single larger one would more than suffice...

Also, the angle/positioning of the wastegates have a LOT to do with how the actuate/creep.

Look at the Full Race manifolds over the years, and you will see what I mean...

yes and no...I had a car built and tuned by them and some things were hit and miss. But the nice thing about this manifold is nothing needs to be relocated...Also I spoke to SSA after they built this S2000 and I was informed that they were doing some redeveloping on the turbo kit. So I say for a custom kit on there 1st S2000 I say good job.

Also I would like to add that they had to do some welding on my CRX build and I say they did a great job but yes Dave has done much cleaner manifolds.

ah well good to know. I think the manifold looks great for a one off custom. I know that the s2k is bad for bolts backing out and stuff but luckly my stainless manifold is still holding together. I hope yours stays together as well. up the boost though, lets see what she can do.
