You picked the wrong turbo my friend 30r would get you more power than ya have now and be less likely to get its creep on , but good luck on next build, Try for 3 wastegates this time

Me being the forum troll would just like to chime in to those that are still reading this forum to learn:
ANNOUNCEMENT: The statement he made is FALSE FALSE FALSE
A smaller turbo would actually suffer more from boost creep at that boost level.

Wow this statement is so backward and WRONG....

Why would a smaller turbo, with a subsequent smaller hotside, and more back pressure have a harder time controlling a specific boost pressure than a larger turbo, with less back pressure, and consequently a smaller pressure differential between the hotside turbo and wastegate?
I would assume it is because even though there is more back pressure from the wheel, the wheel is smaller and easier to spin.
Then again Maybe in both cases it was total FREAK accidents.
Can we have someone with actual real world experience like myself chime in? I agree with you guys that the smaller one you would think have more pressure at the wheel making the air flow out the wastegate. I can only tell you what I have noticed.
Someone else chime in.
