QUOTE
You got a very nice car there!

Im also very interested in your chargepiping. Can you tell abit more about em? Materials? Thickness etc. Black painted?

Thanks

i just bought a cheap mild steel pipping kit. i spent probably only $65 in materials and had my friend weld it up after i mocked it up. a few 90s,45s, and about 3 feet of straight. then spray painted it black.
How are the pipes routed to get to the intercooler? I see they go down behind the radiator, but then what? Got any pics? I had some routing trouble with the headlights on my s2000 that used the ilp piping, so I'm thinkin of a different solution this time. Yours look promising.

i don't have any pics but they pretty much wrap around the sides of the radiator support using 90 bends to the intercooler. the only modification to make them fit was removing the airpump assembly. you don't need it anyway when using aem ems. its strickly for emmisions

Thanks for fast reply! Had the pump removed on my previous car aswell, think thats required for any intercooler installation. My idea is to not pull the piping behind the headlights as ILP did for their kits. I found out my headlights wouldn't fit without dents to the pipes. This does not seem to be any problem for american s2ks tho.

i also didn't want to have them go through the headlights like the ilp kit. there was gonna be do many cuts and bends for me to do. it was alot easier and imo alot cleaner to do it the way i did it.

What camera is used for the pictures of your car? Any other equipment? Also did you do anything other than resize the images? They look crisp.

how is the fitment of a dump tube with the revhard manifold? seems like it would be pretty hard to fit one on there. from the pictures it doesn't seem like you are running one.

the ilp downpipe bolted right up, no modifcation. the ilp and revhard mani are VERY similar. there's a dumptube, its pretty short tho about 4-5 inches long, dumps right above the downpipe just like the ilp one does. All the shots very done with a nikkon d40.
