Default My dyno numbers- where's the power?

My setup:

Inline pro turbo kit with the SC61E turbo
3inch single exhaust no cat
AEM EMS
AEM UEGO
Autometer boost gauge
NGK 3330 spark plugs
No boost controller

Everything else is stock.

From looking at other setups the power seems to be low for the boost/timing Im running and for some reason there is no drop in power/torque, it keeps on climbing.
Not to mention the VTEC "dip".

Feedback is appreciated.

These were made on a dynojet.

Do you mean you are using the 35/61E turbo that is offered with the base kit? If so, these number are not too far off par maybe short about 15-20 hp. Looks like you could use some more tuning. I know that there is a guy on here that put down 349rwhp with the 35/55B turbo and same mods as you but running 9.5psi. His curve was way flatter than yours too (no dip at vtec). His name is PRS2K on here. That AFR looks kinda lean, I have been hearing that 11.5:1 is a good target AFR for the s2k.

You need a new tuner.

That dip should not be there

I believe the rule of thumb is to lower VTEC for supercharger applications and to bump it back for turbo applications... I may be wrong here, as I am no tuner... just what I have read. That is usually the source of the "dip" (putting the engagement point at the wrong point). Looks like your's is kicking in a good 400rpm before stock... looks like it was moved up instead of back.

That chart for PRS2k's setup looks like it was moved back to around 7000-7200 RPM.

Yes its the 35/61E turbo that is offered with the base kit. Time to look for another tuner I guess.

How do my plugs look:

^ Plugs look fine to me... no charring or severe blackening that I can see...

maybe need to look into a colder range plug??? I have read that the stock ngk's are a 7 heat range and should be running 8 heat range when adding boost?

Get a new tuner, plain and simple.

You may want to look into gettin a boost controller as well. If you are running on stock HG you might not want to boost much over 10psi for durability sake.
