Yes the cobra, and I don't have any install pictures. It is pretty easy, a few posts up is a picture of what I did so I could mount it. Just got a piece of aluminum welded on each side of the heat exchanger, drilled a hole in each one and bolted it up.

I bought the same heat exchanger also. Thanks for this info. I installed and Im currently tuning. Im seeing AIT at no more than 90F under WOT. The vortech one that came with the kit was about the same dimensions as this one but the inside honeycomb was much smaller. The ebay one weighs twice as much as the vortech. Also installed the BOSCH water pump. Check some install pics at my post:

i wonder if the op has trouble with his engine running hot since the ac blocks almost all airflow at those dimensions.

Can someone please give me more details on the water pump needed for the bigger aftercooler.

Is my current Comptech water pump not big enough?

Any links of advice will be much appricated!
