My LoveFab experience
I have the same kit, probably the third or fourth made. The crazy thing is, I've never had a single problem with it. Nothings ever cracked, rattled, or broke. I have to agree that I was pretty pissed when I recieved the parts and saw the same heatshielding and ic piping with all the bugers in it.
I had my own injectors and EMS so I can't complain about that...but I have to comment on your "shop". I had no manual, had never installed a turbo before, and it took me 3 nights by myself. I ran into a few issues, but nothing a call to Cody didn't fix like IC pipe routing. I did have to fab some IC brackets, make an intake arm, and a heatshield...but other than that installation was fairly smooth.
I'm not defending Cody, nor am I on your side...but there are always to sides to every story. The fact that your tuner couldn't get the car started strikes me as odd.
Out of curiosity, what are your EGT temps?

It took so long because I had to wait for the IC piping. The major thing was on the car in no time, I had gauges to be installed ect.
You can believe me that I would rather have the same DP as you and Cody did on his car and have only nice things to say 1 year down the line, but I would like to see your comments if you would have that DP to frame clearance as I did and if you would have to try to run the car with injectors that are not even listed in the EMS
All I did is post pictures of the parts I have received and posted my story. Not changing anything, just telling the facts. Cutting an engine mount and frame is not a smooth installation in my book.
You helped me out a lot so I don't want to argue with you
I can understand this guys frustration as I am doing an install for a guy right now. We have also run into numerous issues with fitment and other things. For instance Codys oil cooler mounting is a joke, if it is installed per his directions the cooler flops around. His fix for this per the instructions is to "zip tie" the cooler to the ac condensor? All he had to do was what we did and make a bracket to support the other side of the cooler. The exhaust manifold holes for the turbo were not fully tapped out and we found out the hard way!!!! There were alos other issues as well, but enough ranting. All in all I would never recommend his supposed kit, I have decided to sell my Comptech set-up to go with a turbo set-up and I will be using Inline's kit.
Even if the kit would fit well and didnt crack its still
to deliver a new kit with used parts and welds looking like that. I cant find words for the heatshield. A blind 3 year old could do better than that

I too got the IC piping in 3 diff forms. parts of it were polished and some where just un polished alum. the welds were seeping into the piping. took 3 months to get the ic piping and the oil filter relocator. but im not mad I have polished the pipes my self and just waiting on my motor now
I just got a call from a customer saying to hop on S2KI and check out what was going on.
Well to say the least, I was dissappointed. I really dont know what to say. I have busted my chops to try and rectify everything. Most issues have been sorted out, but those that have not(such as Jakubs second manifold breaking), I knew nothing about. OR I was notified and upon speaking with the customer, the issue was simply waved off by the customer, saying it wasnt a big deal and they were happy with it.
If someone has a problem, please bring it to my attention and I will do whatever is in my power to solve it - though it may take some time.
I have since moved to install-only on the kit, as I have several customers that are more than happy with the results of the car after it has left my shop. Unfortunately less can be said about the shipment of the kits, so therefore, they will cease. Naturally, those that have not yet shipped, will be shipped and the customers may contact me if there are any questions.
To Jakub, Im sorry I could not please you. Your case was one of those that the harder you try to solve an issue, the deeper the issue became.
Ive been VERY busy and this will not change, so Im dissabling my PMs. If you need anything, please call or email me. Thanks all for the support and business, sorry to those I could not please - contact me to see if I can try to please you.
*edit* nevermind, apparently you cannot block PMs. Ill do my best to get on here and check PMs.

You've had some serious issues but there's definately something wrong with your car. Breaking where you are on that mani is pretty abnormal. You must have some extremely high EGT's or it's all that sand baked onto your manifold and the rest of your engine bay.

I feel your pain!!!!!! You and ex both.... We have our V1 and GT1 horror stories down.
