This season I decided to get a new setup for my car. I got a ported manifold, throttle body, fuel rail and a 6466. I was originally getting a dyno tune but my waste gate was creeping and my turbo was smoking at idle. After getting it fixed I had no idea where my tuner went and I stumbled across a great guy in PA by the name of JOSH. He does E tunes and in person tunes. I live in Chicago so i did an E tune. My car was running like crap and was so rich that it didn't even go into boost. It was pig rich. After a few days of exchanging logs with him the car feels better than it ever did before. The graph is flat like a table in boost and it hits hard. I am posting this because I was truly impressed with his customer service. He is a great guy along with a great tuner. The best part is that the price is AMAZING. I almost didnt believe it. If you dont have a good tuner in your area or if you want someone good he is your go to guy.

This is not a sales pitch at all. this is a genuine post. BTW my tuner turned out to be very sick which is why I could not get a hold of him. I will post a log soon.

Wow good to know! So you live in Chicago so do I. Why did you not look into AMS, Mikey and or King Motorsport

 

AMS won't spend quality time on us little guys. They are busy making big bucks on the GTR. King motorsport is good but many people have told me they tune too conservative and rich. Mikey is an amazing tuner. I was trying to set something up but he ended up being very sick so it didn't work out and i needed the car done.

Nothing I love more than a good VirtualDyno "Dynojet" plot. The best way for an eTuner to tune. I would have went to see Mikey since you live in Chicago.

 

They work very well when used properly. I love it.

 

I did go to mikey. I had wastgate issues on the dyno. When i wanted to go again he wasn't available and got pretty sick.
