Default my s2000 turbo build, pics of progress

have been dreaming about having the time to turbo my car, the parts have been sitting there for almost all summer, lol.

anyways, today i got started! i made my custom manifold. its a mini me top mount design. 4 into1 not log style, and im prob gonna boos like 15-20 psi on it by next summer. but for now i will run around 10 pounds. should be fun

i will post up a few shots of the setup as i go along, and will probable have some more pics up tomorrow night.

anyways, as for the setup, i relocated my battery and turned my fuse box to allow place for the top mount setup. i also had to move over the a/c lines, but i empty out the system before trying to bend anything just to be on the safe side. i was a bit scared about the down pipe but afterall there will be plenty of room for a 3" downpipe! ill post up some pics of that tomorrow. and i used a gt35 turbo to fit everything up, but i might be going for a gt3076r instead!

i already fit the intercooler in the front bumper, but havent got around to the piping yet. im going to pick that up in the morning. im gonna use 18g 316 stainless sanitary piping with polished in and out in 2.5"

anyways, on with the pics

btw, if anyone has a aem ems, or hondata k pro for sale im interested!!!

check back tomorrow night for updates!!!

thanks for the replies...

i had to stop for the night, it was getting late, and i got to go to the dyno early in the morn, so i didnt have time to do the wastegate yet, but as soon as i get back from the dyno, im jumping right back on my car.

im still debating open dump or not. but my goal for tomorrow is the wastegate, downpipe, and feed line, and maybe the return. the rest i prob wont have enough time, but a few hours a day and some patience and i should be finished soon.

i am debating on k-pro or aem, i dont know what i want, i like both, and ive tune with both manytimes, but never on an s2000, but i have a thing for k-pro, and im thinking of paying the diff and going for that. what do you guys think?

btw, the gate is a 40mm v band tail

blow off im not sure yet, i have a used ssqv, and a new knock off rfl, but i think i might put the rfl just cuz its new and looks so clean!!! lol well see

i do a few custom manifolds a year, i own a shop called tdcmotorsports in laval, canada, we do alot of drifting, and nissans, ect., but deep down inside im a honda guy, lol

i only make manifolds for a selected amount of cars, because theres already sooo many options out there. this year i did 3 k-series sidewinders, and a few b-series, and one sr20, but other than that theres not much time around the shop to spend fabing things up, unless its needed for the car were working on.

i almost baught the manifold from rev hard, but i got told off by some of my buddys cuz i make manifolds for everyone else but myself, lol, and i realy wanted top mount but they dont make anything top mount that has a nice collector, so i had to di it myself!

anyways, im rambling, but thanks for the coments
