Wow, I have heard nothing but good things about Church. Also thought that they are especially close with the S2K community. I really hope things work out for you.
I also READ nothin but great things. But after hearing a few different things about them from numerous people and experiencing it myslf, I wonder how their image has been left clean for all these years.
But still I reserve my judgment of Church Automotive untill after I talk to them.

Wow, this is interesting. Shawn has never had a post near this about his shop. I believe he will take care of you. Its good that you posted this, but I also think you should have contacted him before posting this.

I have heard various reasons as to why Church has not had a negitive post about him but its not important.

I totally agree with you about talking to them first about it before posting this but My frustration is just through the roof. There was absolutely nothing done correctly at all. But after all it could all be just a big misunderstanding. Which is why I reserve my opinion about Church Automotive untill I accually go over there and talk to them about it.

My story is just a story about what had happened, not my opinion about the quality of their shop and the work that they do in any way.

I agree. I have done buisiness with Church (just baseline tunes) and had Mase tune my car using Autowave's Dyno. I have heard it all but I have to say Church is a good guy. He will make it right. The thing I like about Church is that even though he has never tuned my car, he was never one to say anything bad about any other tuners. The same cant always be said about the others.

Did you pay for everything at once, or did you buy the ems straight from the employee?

I would take this down until you talk to them. Sorry you had to go through all this, but I'm glad everything is working good! Nice numbers too
