No moderator in this forum has given Church preferential treatment, or deleted posts at his request. For some reason you think differently. As far as you calling moderators of the forum "buttlover" that isn't winning you any style points, keep it clean or go home.

the "issues" with the ems could have been the cam/crank resistors not being of a high enough value.. on some cars its an issue and some its not. On mine and on a few customers cars I have had to change them out to get a proper signal. Its not an issue for a shop/tuner thats been dealing with aem for a long time. I honestly dont think that i have sold a honda ems in the last few years with out modifying something inside of it. The variance of stock honda cam/crank sensors is really baffling. Also, its not uncommon to see corrosion like that on ecu connectors, that does NOT mean water damage. There was no need for you to buy another ecu.... you got had there.

On another note... why take the car to autowave, Church did the install take it to them if something is wrong. They have been around for a LONG time and im sure will fix any issues you have with the install.

IMHO they made a mistake promising the car to be done in one day. I would figure the install would take a day or so, then another day on the dyno, and another day to tweak mess b/c something always comes up with s/c and turbo kits that takes a little time to fix.

That should have been your first clue. If the unit was perfect, why would he sell it for $700?
1012's go for that. I bought a 1052 over a year ago brand new for $900. Now with the new units out I wouldnt be surprised to see them going for less.

well sorry if u got offended by buttlovers. and i wasn't calling the general moderators that either. Someone is doing it. otherwise there would be more threads like these. i know i made one when i had problems with them... i can't find it.

I dont care about style points and i am at home, its just that I was witness to this guys car and i was there to check it out and what i saw was incredible. If u saw it... your eyes would have fallen out of your sockets because of how shocking it was.

Have you ever seen a tuner Give back someones car in a condition were the supercharger is practically hanging there and most of the hoses were not even attached to anything??? Just hanging there WAITING to get caught in the pulley or get caught under the tire?? And then get the car back saying it makes 400hp and runs great???

U should have seen this, dude.... it was incredible that bob didn't get hurt or worse on the way home from church's shop.

This was like installing a turbo kit and then flooring it with open headers and no tuning. It was THAT bad.
Pretty sure the Church threads you are talking about were in SoCal.
