My supercharger works.

SMIC = side mount intercooler.

i want to steer away from a front mount because of piping lengths/routing and of course because i'm only pushing a measly 6 psi.

in terms of lag there really wont be a change, just a drop in pressure to the IM because of all the piping - hence why i'd like to do a short route smaller intercooler mounted a little closer to the IM. i have to think about different ideas to make it work still.

i think those v mount setups are pretty bad ass but i dont have the experience with all that fabrication - plus i thnk the charger will get in the way.

liquid-->air might be cool but due to the price i might veer away from that. maybe i can get a custom PWR setup for around the same and at least be original

keep the ideas flowing!

Side mount? Where?

And where does it get it's airflow from?

There have been a few PWR setups already.

289 on a dyno dynamics are pretty respectable numbers. Unless your dyno operator switched it so it reads like a dynojet. I remember when I dyno'd my evo we could switch how it read dd or dj 209dd 271dj. I think I remember someone posting up a greddy dyno on a dd making like 260ish.

This is an F20C with CTSC and aftercooler as a stock install.
Only addition is Krank Vents and Mugen Exhaust.
My numbers are not that different to yours.
IMHO yours looks a bit lean (or mine is rich )

my car is reported as a bit lean but i was told i have to take into consideration that the wideband probe was placed after the cat. given that circumstance am i still too lean?

i am noticing that you guys made ~30 more ft/lb of torque than me across the spectrum - am i safe to assume this is because of the aftercooler? i am looking into cooling options for my next immedate mod.

With the cat in place it throws the reading way off. Maybe weld in a 02 bung or just run catless
