can be about 20 minutes,you have to remove the aftercooler and the intake for the supercharger, then you have to remove the vtec solenoid, remove two bolts from the timing cover that pass through a mounting plate, and remove two nuts on studs for the lower mount. also need to remove the oil feed and drain lines.

one more thing i forgot, make sure your oil feed and oil drain lines are attached to the SC before you mount it on the car, after its mounted the fittings are basically inaccessible.
