I am certaintly not an active poster/reader on s2ki, but as far as I know there was no word out about the availiabilty of a comptech s/c kit for the 06-07 s2000s.

Yeah, the price IS a little high. I'm sure with a little shopping around, you'd find a better deal. Also, I believe the MSRP price difference (between the earlier kits and the 06-up kits) is because of the custom programmed Hondata ECU for the newer AP2s. (Not sure if this has changed due to the change in management over at Comptech, but last I heard the 06-up kits would come with a customized Hondata ECU.)

 

i heard comptech was going out of business a while back? did someone bail them out

 

they didn't need a bailout from what I heard, it was some internal fighting that closed them and they were reopened by some of the employees.

Disclaimer: All that was hearsay that I got from other posts... never talked to them directly.
