Not trying to thread jack, but this is related. I'be been searching and it appears some here are using AEM's IAT sensor as opposed to the stock one. Are there any tangible advantages of doing this?

I'm sure the AEM IAT would be better since you can put it before the throttle body and get more accurate readings without heat soak, but I have been using the stock IAT sensor on the intake manifold and the corrected cal with no problems.

I made a post for anyone needing the AEM corrected IAT cal if anyone needs it. Camuman sent it to me a while back and is the originator of it so give him credit for the good work.

Camuman,

Is this ECT correction the correct one to use? I'm not too sure what I have in my AEM EMS but would like to check to make sure mine is correct.

If not, could you pm me the correct ECT cal?

Thanks
