Default NEED HELP

I have a 01 with a Vortech and lately I have been seeing oil spots from where I park. Today I decided to put it on a lift and discovered oil leaking from a silver braided line near the blower. The VTEC is not kicking in when it is supposed to and hesitates when I step on it. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Take a pic. I'd also stop driving it or disconnect the blower until you resolve the leak. Not familar with the Vortech but that sounds like the blowers oil feed line, if its clogged or leaking you can damage your blower.
